Answetti collects seller account information, seller-published product information, and aggregated, privacy-conscious usage counters for public help pages (page views, searches, unanswered searches, and support-question submissions per day). We do not use device fingerprinting or persistent buyer identifiers, and we do not claim unique-visitor counts. Buyer support questions may include an optional contact email and order reference supplied by the buyer; these are visible only to the seller and are never published. Raw search queries are retained for up to 90 days, then deleted; daily aggregates are retained for reporting. Sellers can export or delete their account data from settings.
